Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Hustle Center platform and all related services (“Service”) operated by Hustle Center (“HC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for, accessing, or using the Hustle Center platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2Service Description

Hustle Center is a platform that provides freelancers, independent contractors, and small business owners with professional business management tools. The Service includes:

• Payroll & Paystub Generation — Create professional pay statements with tax withholding estimates, overtime calculations, and year-to-date tracking.
• Invoicing — Generate, send, and track invoices with multi-currency support and tax calculations.
• Estimates & Quotes — Create professional estimates for prospective clients with line-item detail.
• Mini Website Builder — Publish a single-page professional website for each of your businesses.
• Credit System — A pay-as-you-go billing model used to generate documents and access premium features.
• Multi-Business Management — Manage up to 10 separate businesses from a single account.

3User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create a Hustle Center account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Ensuring the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Each person may operate only one account. Accounts are non-transferable. You may manage multiple businesses under a single account using our multi-business feature (up to 10 businesses per account).

You must not share your account with other individuals. Each user who needs access to the Service must have their own Hustle Center account.

4Credit System & Payments

Hustle Center operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system. The following terms apply:

• Non-Refundable. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
• Usage Rate. 1 credit(s) per paystub, 1 per invoice, and 0 per estimate. Website publishing and hosting costs are specified in our pricing documentation.
• No Expiration. Purchased credits never expire and remain in your account until used.
• Pricing Changes. We reserve the right to modify credit pack pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect credits already purchased. We will provide reasonable notice before any pricing changes take effect.

All payments are processed securely through our integrated payment system and trusted payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Hustle Center does not directly store your payment card information.

5Free Tier

Every account includes a free tier that provides up to 3 free paystubs and 3 free invoices per month. No credit card or credit purchase is required to use the free tier.

Documents generated beyond the monthly free limit without using credits will include a visible watermark. To generate documents without a watermark beyond the free allowance, you must use credits.

Free tier allowances reset on the first day of each calendar month and do not roll over. We reserve the right to modify the free tier terms at any time with reasonable notice.

6Document Accuracy & Disclaimer

Tax withholding amounts displayed on paystubs are estimates only, calculated based on IRS Publication 15-T (2026) federal withholding tables and state tax rate approximations. These calculations are provided for informational and organizational purposes.

You, the user, are solely responsible for:

• Verifying the accuracy of all document data before distributing or relying upon it.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local tax laws and employment regulations.
• Consulting a qualified payroll professional, accountant, or tax advisor for official tax filings and compliance.

Hustle Center does not file taxes on your behalf, remit withholdings to any government agency, or serve as a substitute for professional payroll services. All data entered into the system is your responsibility.

7Sensitive Data & Privacy

Hustle Center handles sensitive personal and business information. We take the following measures to protect your data:

• Encryption. Social Security Numbers (SSNs) and other sensitive identifiers are encrypted using AES-256 encryption before being stored in the database.
• Data Isolation. All data is stored securely in the Hustle Center database. Hustle Center does not sell or share your business or employee data with unauthorized third parties.
• No Third-Party Sharing. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing or any other purpose unrelated to providing the Service.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data you enter into the Service, including employee information, tax identifiers, and financial records. Please see our Privacy Policy for complete details on how we handle your data.

8Website Hosting

Hustle Center allows you to publish a single-page mini website for each of your businesses. The following terms apply to website hosting:

• Publishing a mini website requires credits as outlined in our pricing documentation.
• Website hosting requires a recurring credit cost. If your account has insufficient credits to cover the renewal at the time of the billing cycle, your website will be deactivated until credits are added.
• Deactivated websites will display a placeholder page until reactivated. Your website content and configuration will be preserved.
• HC does not guarantee any specific uptime, availability, or performance for hosted mini websites. HC does not guarantee any specific uptime beyond commercially reasonable efforts.

You are responsible for ensuring that content published on your mini website complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

9Intellectual Property

Our Property. The Hustle Center platform, including all code, design, templates, documentation, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Hustle Center and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.

Your Property. You retain full ownership of all business data, employee information, client records, and documents you create using the Service. HC claims no ownership rights over your content. You grant HC a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hustle Center and its owners, operators, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Errors or inaccuracies in tax withholding calculations or generated documents.
• Financial losses arising from reliance on documents or data produced by the Service.
• Penalties, fines, or assessments imposed by any government agency related to payroll, tax, or employment matters.
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Service downtime, interruptions, or unavailability.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Maximum Liability. In no event shall HC’s total cumulative liability to you exceed the total amount you paid for credits during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Termination

By Us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, used the Service for illegal purposes, or otherwise abused the platform. In the event of termination for cause, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unused credits.

By You. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Before deleting your account, you will have the opportunity to export your data (see Section 12). Upon account deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed from the Hustle Center database.

Unused credits are non-refundable upon voluntary account termination.

12Data Export & Deletion

In compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data protection regulations, you have the following rights regarding your data:

• Right to Export. You may export all of your business data, employee records, client information, and generated documents in JSON format at any time from within your Hustle Center dashboard.
• Right to Erasure. You may request complete deletion of all your data from the Hustle Center database. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. We recommend exporting your data before requesting deletion.
• Right to Access. You may request a complete copy of all personal data we store related to your account.

Data export and deletion requests can be initiated from your account settings or by contacting us at the email address listed in Section 15.

13Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page and, where practicable, provide notice through your Hustle Center dashboard or via email.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.

14Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United States.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
